Yen Ching

Great food, great service and consistent. Hot food. I can be critical.
Ive ordered from Yen Ching multiple times in the past and they are one of the very few Grubhub delivery restaurants available in Fox Point/River Hillls/Brown Deer that I trust AND love.
The food is excellent. The only thing I will say is that I do keep soy sauce in the house, so if you dont, make sure to ask for extra. The fried Rice is really great but meant to season by personal taste taste.

If theres any complaint here it is that they were a bit too early for my scheduled delivery..:30min early but I am NOT complaining. They left it on my door and it was STILL HOT when I arrived 45min later in a thunderstorm. I will definitely leave this person an extra tip next time.

Ive never had a bad or mediocre meal here; theyre always good/great! (Ive probably eaten here at least a dozen times, and always try different dishes.) If youve never tried the sizzling rice soup, its a MUST if youre under the weather or its a cold winter night. You put the crunchy rice patties on top of your soup, and they somehow magically stay a little crispy in the broth. Its very basic soup but the taste is incredible. They also have the friendliest service.

The only restaurant in the Milwaukee area for those of us that are from the south and have had Springfield style cashew chicken. In case you don't know what that is, it is cashew chicken made with battered Fried Chicken pieces instead of just chicken. This is a jewel of a restaurant. Family-owned with a great atmosphere for in restaurant dining. But, the food is incredible. I normally will test Chinese food restaurants with ordering crab rangoon... Perfect.

I admit I'm not crazy about the fried rice. It looks like white rice, but greasers with not much flavor. BUT, 24+years as a regular customer.
Yen Ching has wonderful food and staff. I'm one of those people that usually has special requests, like Sesame Chicken without seeds and such.

Very Good! Very Fast! We didn't realize it would be that fast and left our hotel room briefly to get some drinks.... the delivery driver made sure our food got put in our room and called us twice to make sure we got it! Thank you very much!
